Mmmm...we just had our Christmas lunch and it was awesome! The menu: roasted cornish hens seasoned and stuffed with lemon, garlic, basil, rosemary and thyme, cornbread stuffing, my famous potato salad, a spicy cajun corn dish called maquechow (pronounced "mock shoe"), roasted asparagus and my favorite trailer trash desert called blueberry salad. I did the cooking and Chi-Yun helped with prep work and cleanup:)
